For over 40 years the team at Bay Civil Solutions have lived and breathed heavy machinery. Previously operating as BW Caulfield, founding director Barry Caulfield made his debut into the industry in the 1970’s with a modest yard and a few big rigs.

Initially operating as an earthworks and forestry contracting service,  the BW Caulfield business quickly grew to include a wood processing facility. The by-products created by the processing of untreated timber were then supplied to overseas markets. This wood processing capability is still one of our core business offerings in 2022 providing firewood, mulch and more.

From our humble beginnings we have evolved into the multi-faceted business we are today. Now operating as Bay Civil Solutions – With our new name we bring a lifetime worth of experience that simply cannot be taught.

While the business directive and core values remain the same – we thrive on delivering a full civil service for clients with an eye on ‘the bigger picture’, considering all aspects of a project. We ensure that every step of the way we are working to create a sustainable outcome.
